How to add a new session in 52C iPhone App?

To plan a future workout for your client or to quickly log the workout you’re just doing, add a new Session. You can do it in 2 ways:

WAY 1 – Tap & hold

  • Go to menu and pick SESSIONS.
  • Pick the day you want to plan the session for, or just pick Today if you’re tracking the session in progress.
  • Tap and hold.

The new session will open for you with the date already set on the day you’ve chosen. Next, fill in the name of the client, add the exact time to the date field (for instance 3 PM), add the location, note, and all the info about the exercises.

Tap “Done” as you’re finished to save the session.

WAY 2 – The traditional ‘plus’

  • Go to menu and pick SESSIONS.
  • Tap the ‘plus’ button in the top-right corner.

The new session will open for you with all the fields empty and ready to fill in.

How to add a new session in 52C Web App?

To plan & prepare a future workout for your client, add a new Session. You can do it in 2 ways:

WAY 1

  • Pick SESSIONS from the main menu.
  • Click the button “NEW SESSION” in the top right corner.

The new session will open for you with all the fields empty and ready to fill in. Type in the name of the client, add the date and the exact time (for instance “tomorrow, 3 PM”), add the location, note, and all the info about the exercises.

WAY 2

  • Pick CLIENTS from the main menu.
  • Choose the client you want to plan the session for.
  • Within the client’s profile click Sessions.
  • Click the button NEW SESSION.

The new session will open for you with the client’s name already filled in. Next, add the date and the exact time (for instance “tomorrow, 3 PM”), add the location, note, and all the info about the exercises.

The session will be saved automatically in the course of your typing.
