How to edit a session in 52C iPhone App?

You can now conveniently access all your planned sessions on your iPhone. Edit a planned workout whenever you want, even during the session with your client. Add notes, add or adjust exercises, change the number of sets and reps. You can edit both the upcoming and the previous sessions.

  • Go to menu and pick SESSIONS.
  • Pick the day you planned the session for – the dates with scheduled sessions are underlined.
  • Tap the chosen day to see all the planned sessions.
  • Tap the session you want to edit.
  • Make all the changes you want.
  • Tap ‘Done’ to save the changes.

Quickly add

Just tap the element you want to add something to and you’re ready to type.

Quickly erase

You can tap to put the cursor in a specific point and use the traditional ‘backspace’ from the keyboard to make some minor changes.

But you can also quickly erase a whole note, a name of an exercise, or a number by swiping from right to left on the element you want to change.

Let’s say you planned for your client Medicine-Ball Pushups, but during the session it turns out that it’s a little bit too early for the upgrade, so you switch to the Diamond Pushups on the floor. Swipe from right to left on the ‘Medicine-Ball Pushups’, and type the name of the exercise you replaced it with.

How to edit a session in 52C Web App?

Individual approach to your client constantly requires making adjustments to the plan. You can easily edit all the sessions you planned. You can access the Sessions in 2 ways:

WAY 1 – From the Sessions Schedule

  • Pick SESSIONS from the main menu.
  • Find the session you want to edit.
  • Click and the session will be edited.
  • Click to set the cursor wherever you want to introduce some improvements or updates.

Change time or place of the session, add notes, add or adjust exercises, change the number of sets and reps.

The changes will be saved in the course of your typing, so you don’t have to click anything to save. You can edit both the upcoming and the previous sessions.

WAY 2 – From the Client’s Profile

  • Pick CLIENTS from the main menu.
  • Find the client whose session you want to edit.
  • In the client’s profile pick 'Sessions'.
  • Click the chosen session and it will be edited.
  • Click to set the cursor wherever you want to introduce some improvements or updates.
